ORDER TAKING We will call your clients to let them know the status of their order and take any new orders. REMINDER SERVICE As our client, you will never miss another appointment! We will not only schedule your appointments, but ,we will remind you of your appointments. We will even send out birthday or holiday cards to your customer's to let them know that they are not forgotten. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS We will make all of your travel arrangements such as. Airline, hotel, car rental, restaurant reservations, we will even call and get directions for travel. Our Virtual Assistants and Virtual Customer Service Specialists are convenient because you do not need to worry about them showing up at work--we are already there.
